NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

 

Snape with Thorp Parish Council

 

Agenda for a meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday 12 November 2020 at 6.30 pm via Zoom.

Please note this meeting is scheduled for 40 minutes although it might be extended beyond this time if necessary

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies
  2. Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
  3. Minutes – to agree the minutes of meeting held on 1 October (copy attached)
  4. Matters arising
    1. Bridges – to receive report from NYCC Highways regarding the Marina Bridge and the damaged bridge on Ings Lane – report by Clerk
    2. Village inspection – possible kerbing – to receive response from NYCC Highways
    3. Cedar Garth – crossing of the village green for new vehicular access – report by the Clerk
  5. Finance matters
    1. To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation)
    2. To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report)
  6. Planning Matters
    1. Planning Seminar – report from Cllrs Duck and Pringle on their attendance at YLCA seminar
