NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

 

Snape with Thorp Parish Council

 

Agenda for a meeting of the Council to be held on Monday 19 October 2020 at 6.30 pm via Zoom.

Please note this meeting is scheduled for 40 minutes although it might be extend beyond this time if necessary

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies
  2. Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
  3. Minutes – to agree the minutes of meeting held on 1 October (copy attached)
  4. Matters arising
    1. Bridges – to receive report from NYCC Highways regarding the Marina Bridge and the damaged bridge on Ings Lane – report by Clerk
    2. Highways matters – to discuss the safety measures at Kings Keld – report by the Clerk and to agree a way forward
    3. Village inspection – possible kerbing – to agree any action
    4. Cedar Garth – crossing of the village green for new vehicular access – report by the Clerk and to confirm appointment of legal services
  5. Finance matters
    1. To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation)
    2. To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report)
  6. Planning Matters
    1. 20/02047/OUT - Application for Outline planning permission with some matters reserved (except for access) for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of up to 32 dwellings, with public open space, landscaping, and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point from The Avenue - Prices Paving And Tiles Limited The Manor House Snape North Yorkshire DL8 2SZ – documents can be found at https://planning.hambleton.gov.uk/online-applications

    1. 20/01460/FUL - Demolition of existing dwelling and associated buildings and proposed construction of 3 new build detached dwellings - Howden Hill Ings Lane Snape North Yorkshire DL8 2TF – New paperwork has been added to the planning application and has already been circulated or can be found at https://planning.hambleton.gov.uk/online-applications - to discuss this new document and any comments to be submitted

    1. Update on any planning matters received since the last meeting – report by Clerk
