NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

Snape with Thorp Parish Council

Agenda for a meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday 6 August 2020 at 7.30 pm via Zoom

Due to timescale for responses to HDC the planning applications listed below will be discussed first in the meeting. Forty minutes has been allocated for this meeting so if the business extends beyond this time a further meeting will need to be arranged.

1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies
2. Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
3. Minutes – to agree the minutes of meetings held on 28 May (copy attached)
4. Matters arising
   1. Bridges – to receive report of meeting with NYCC Highways representatives regarding potential flooding issues at the Marina Bridge and the damaged bridge on Ings Lane – report by Chairman
   2. Highways matters – to note and discuss the response from NYCC re safety measures at Kings Kell – report by the Clerk
5. Finance matters
   1. Risk register – to note and agree the revised risk register (copy attached)
   2. To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation)
   3. To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report)
6. Planning Matters
