5. Policing report – a representative of NY Police has been asked to attend to provide a police update

      1. application to West Tanfield Tour de France Fund – to receive report from Steven Smith
      2. funding accessible via HDC – to receive report from the Clerk
   2. Asset Transfer of the playing field from HDC to the PC – To approve the transaction of the asset transfer (revised papers already circulated)
