1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies
2. Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
3. Minutes – to agree the minutes of meeting held on 28 January (copy attached)
4. Matters arising
   1. Bridges in the village – to receive reports from Clerk and Chairman & agree any action
   2. Cedar Garth – crossing of the village green for new vehicular access – to receive report from the Clerk and agree any action necessary
   3. Traffic and speeding issues – to receive report from the Clerk and agree any action
   4. Safety issues in the village – Carthorpe corner - to receive report from Clerk and agree any action
   5. Fence on the outer sides of the Avenue – to receive report by Clerk and Chairman and to agree any action
   6. Census – to agree any action and support required
5. Finance matters
   1. To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation)
   2. To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report)
   3. To appoint Internal Auditor – to refer to document from YLCA (already circulated) and to agree any action
6. Local Government Reorganisation in North Yorkshire – Consultation – to discuss and agree any action
7. Website – to receive report from the Clerk and to agree any action
8. Kerbing – to receive report from the Clerk and to agree any action
9. Playing Field Development – to receive and discuss email from parishioner and to agree any action
10. Maintenance in the village – to discuss the following and agree any action:
    1. Beck
    2. Bulb Planting in the village
    3. Mole hills near the Castle in relation to the re-commencement of grass cutting
    4. Bench at top of the Avenue
    5. Standing water on Ings Lane
    6. Signs – keep off the verges
11. Planning Matters
    1. 21/00325/LBC – Listed Building Consent for the internal and external alterations to dwelling – Springfield, Ings Lane - planning application documents can be found at https://planning.hambleton.gov.uk/online-applications – to discuss and agree comments
    2. Update on outstanding planning/compliance matters – report by Clerk
       1. Price’s Paving site
       2. Laurel House
       3. Snape Castle Barn
       4. Any other planning issues
12. Annual Open Meeting – to discuss including venue/practicalities – please bring your diary along to the meeting
13. Newsletter – to agree content of newsletter following the meeting
