NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

Agenda for a meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday 10 December 2020 at 6.30 pm via Zoom.
Please note this meeting is scheduled for 40 minutes although it might be extended beyond this time if necessary
- Apologies for absence – to receive apologies
- Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
- Minutes – to agree the minutes of meeting held on 12 November (copy attached)
- Matters arising
- Bridges – to receive report from NYCC Highways regarding the Marina Bridge and the damaged bridge on Ings Lane – to receive report from Clerk and agree any action
- Village inspection – possible kerbing – to receive response from NYCC Highways
- Cedar Garth – crossing of the village green for new vehicular access – to receive report from the Clerk and agree action
- Traffic issues – to receive report from the Clerk and agree any action
- Finance matters
- To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation)
- To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report)
- Possible website options and costs – to receive report from the Clerk and agree action
- Precept for 2021/22 – to receive current end of year projections and predicted spending for 2021/22 and to agree the precept for the next financial year (see attached report) – report by the Clerk
