NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

Agenda for a meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday 1 October 2020 at 6.30 pm via Zoom.
Please note this meeting is scheduled for 40 minutes although it might be extend beyond this time if necessary – priority will be given to the planning matters under item 6
- Apologies for absence – to receive apologies
- Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
- Minutes – to agree the minutes of meeting held on 3 September (copy attached)
- Matters arising
- Bridges – to receive report from NYCC Highways regarding the Marina Bridge and the damaged bridge on Ings Lane – report by Clerk
- Highways matters – to discuss the safety measures at Kings Keld – report by the Clerk
- Village inspection – responses received from Highways and a resident – to receive a report by the Clerk and agree any action
- Replacement tree in the Avenue – to receive a report from Cllr Duck
- Playing Field Committee – to receive a report by the Clerk
- Finance matters
- To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation)
- To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report)

- Cedar Garth – request for permission to cross village green for new vehicular access (letter already circulated)
