   1. Bridges – to receive report of from NYCC Highways regarding the Marina Bridge and the damaged bridge on Ings Lane – report by Clerk
   2. Highways matters – to discuss the safety measures at Kings Kell – report by the Clerk
5. Finance matters
   1. Limited assurance review of Annual Governance & Accountability return – to receive outcome from external auditors and agree action as necessary (copy attached)
   2. Risk register – to note and agree the revised risk register (copy attached)
   3. To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation) TO FOLLOW
   4. To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report) TO FOLLOW
