- Transparency and Openness – creation of a website for the PC report by Clerk
- Insurance cover – to note that the insurance cover was confirmed with Came and Company for the current and further 2 years
- Policing matters – PCSO Heather Macpherson will attend to present police report

- Membership – to note resignation of Graham Seel – letter already circulated

- Damage to and repair of goal posts at playing field
- Grasscutting – letters from 2 residents – copies already circulated
- Removal of weed from beck and impact on wildlife – letter already received
- Signs for the Avenue to advise no horse riding – to determine whether notices should be erected
