   1. HDC Preferred Options Consultation – to agree comment in respect of the preferred options for Snape
   2. Previous invoice from Mr Wilkinson – To consider e-mail received from Mr Wilkinson regarding outstanding invoice and to determine action (copy already circulated)
5. Policing report – NYCC police have been invited to provide a report – copy to be circulated once received.
6. Financial matters –

1. To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see below and attached)

   2. Finance for works to the Avenue - To consider requirements for a financial package for the works to the Avenue including a possible loan from PWLB including the Secretary of State's approval for the proposed borrowing (paper attached)
2. Precept for 2017/18 – to agree the precept for 2017/18

7. Playing Field Committee –
   1. To receive draft minutes of meeting held on 30 November (copy attached)
8. Possible developments at the village institute – to receive and consider verbal report by Sarah Lowe, Chair, Institute Committee
