Minutes of an extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council held on Wednesday 26 June 2019 in the Schoolroom, Snape Methodist Church

- 19/01056/MRC - Application for variation of conditions 2 (materials) and 10 (approved plans) for previously approved 17/00696/FUL (Construction of a detached dwelling) - Cedar Garth Meadow Lane Snape North Yorkshire DL8 2TJ
The Council discussed the application, copies of which had been circulated prior to the meeting. There were no objections to the application.

- Ref 19/01230/FUL – Replacement of 5 timber sliding windows with wood effect uPVC windows – Brook Cottage, Snape
The Council agreed to include this application for consideration at this meeting. The Council discussed the application which was tabled at the meeting having been received on 25 June. There were no objections to the application

- Ref 19/01145/FUL – Change of use of existing paddock and construction of a manege and timber fence – East End Bungalow, Snape

- Other matters –
- Possible training on planning matters by HDC – an email had been received by the Clerk on 26 June. It was to check on interest in HDC providing training on a number of planning matters. It was RESOLVED to confirm an interest in principle but attendance would depend on the date when the training was to occur.
- HDC Planning team had responded to the Council in respect of sewage system at the Old Vicarage and the times of vehicle movements on the Prices Paving site. These responses were noted.
- Parking issues in the vicinity of the School – this matter was noted.
- Meetings – A Playing Field Committee meeting was being arranged and a business Parish Council meeting would be arranged for around 3 weeks’ time.
