Minutes of an extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council held on Tuesday 10 March 2020 in the Schoolroom, Snape Methodist Church

Present: Councillors John Duck, Richard Poole, Colin Hodges and Sara Pringle

1. Apologies for absence – Apologies were received from Liz Watson

2. Declarations of Interest – There were no declarations of interest.

3. Planning applications –

Ref 20/00287/FUL – Snape Castle Barn, Snape, North Yorkshire DL8 2TJ – Construction of a Greenhouse to the rear garden of the dwelling house

The Council discussed the application, copies of which had been circulated prior to the meeting. Written comments were also received from Cllr Watson. There were no objections to the application.

The meeting closed at 7.00 pm
