Agenda for a Meeting of the Council to be held on Tuesday 28 September 2021 at 6.30 pm in the Snape Institute
- Apologies for absence – to receive apologies
- Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
- Minutes – to agree and sign the minutes of meeting held on 26 July (copy attached)
- Matters arising
- Kerbing – to receive a report from Cllr Duck and to agree any action
- Deeds and other legal documents – update from the Clerk
- Do not Litter signs – to note that these have been received and to agree action
- Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022 – to note lack of response from Parishioners and to agree action
- Police report – a representative of NY Police is expected to attend the meeting
- Financial matters –
- Grasscutting tender – to review the tender document from 2019 and to agree any alterations (see papers attached)
- To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation)
- To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report)
- Financial resolutions – to receive report from the Clerk and Cllr Hodges
- Planning applications
- 21/01962/FUL - Change of use of land to equestrian and replacement of existing timber stables with new timber stables - The Villa, Meadow Lane Snape – planning application documents can be found at https://planning.hambleton.gov.uk/online-applications

- Weed in the beck – to receive report from Cllr Duck and to agree action
- Green Canopy Initiative – to receive and to agree any action – (see attached document)
- Land at the top of the playing field – to agree consultation process and content with regard to the proposal from a parishioner previously received
- Proposed Changes at the Village Institute – to receive report from Sarah Lowe, Chair of the Institute Management Committee and to agree any action (please see draft plan attached)
- 20s Plenty – to receive information received in respect of this speed reduction initiative and to agree any action (documents already circulated)
