NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

Snape with Thorp Parish Council

                        

Agenda for a Meeting of the Council to be held on Wednesday 4 July 2023 at 7.00 pm in Snape Institute

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies
  2. Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
  3. Minutes – to agree and sign the minutes of meetings held on 24 May 2023 (copy attached)
  4. Matters arising
    1. Platinum Jubilee and Coronation – to note the second tree has been planted and plaque for trees and time capsule – to receive report from Cllr Poole
  5. Policing matters – it is hoped that a representative of NY Police can attend the meeting and report on current policing matters
  6. Financial matters
    1. To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation)
  1. To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting  (see attached finance report)
  1. Car Parking issues – to discuss and agree the approach
  2. Planning applications
    1. To consider the following applications:
      1. ZB23/01172/CLP - Construction of a timber clad home office building in the rear garden. Fernlea, Meadow Lane, Snape
      2. ZB23/01213/FUL - Alterations to existing rear courtyard extension to create proposed sun-room and to create a wider front porch. Weavers Cottage, Ings Lane
    2. To note the following have been approved since the last meeting:
  • ZB23/00792/FUL | Single storey rear extension to form an enlarged bedroom. | The Riddings

    1. Prices Paving and Stone Ltd – to review any updated information and agree any action including representation points at the planning committee when the application is considered
