Agenda for a Meeting of the Council to be held on Wednesday 13 December 2023 at 6.00 pm in the Snape Institute

1. Non-attendance of Councillors

1.1 To receive and note apologies from councillors who are unable to attend the meeting

1.2 To consider reasons for absence provided by councillors who cannot attend and resolve the council’s acceptance of these if felt relevant.

2. Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
3. Minutes – to agree and sign the minutes of a meeting held on 15 November 2023 (copy attached)
4. Matters arising
5. To resolve to exclude members of the public and press under item 6a due to the nature of the business to be transacted being prejudicial to the public interest
6. Financial matters

1. Grass cutting tender – to receive a report from the Clerk on the tenders received and to agree the outcome
2. To receive a report regarding the budget for 2024/25 and to consider the precept for 2024/25 (see copy report)

7. Newsletter – to agree content of the next newsletter
