Agenda for the Meeting of the Council to be held on Tuesday 29 October 2024 at 6.30 pm in the Snape Institute
- Non-attendance of Councillors
1.1 To receive and note apologies from councillors who are unable to attend the meeting
1.2 To consider reasons for absence provided by councillors who cannot attend and resolve the council’s acceptance of these if felt relevant.
2. Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
- Minutes – to agree and sign the minutes of meeting held on 25 September (copy attached)
- Matters arising
- Car parking issues – to discuss report by Clerk on her meeting with the Police and to agree action
- Financial Regulations – to note this has been deferred to the next meeting
- Snape Climate and Conservation Group – to note that the land discussed has been confirmed by the Landowner as being part of the Thorp Perrow Estate
- Use of Phone box – to report on the one response received (comment already circulated) and to agree action
- Financial matters –
- To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached reconciliations)
- To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report)
